CodePulse Solutions Store is a platform for independent Sub-Merchants. Return and refund policies are set by each individual Sub-Merchant.

General Return Process

  1. Contact the Sub-Merchant First: Initiate returns directly with the relevant Sub-Merchant using contact information in your order confirmation.
  2. Return Windows: Vary by merchant – typically 7-30 days for physical products.
  3. Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories.

Category-Specific Return Policies

  • Drones & Electronics (SkyHawk Drones, ConnectPro Phones): May be subject to restocking fees (typically 15-25%). Must include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.
  • Rental Services (ZoomRide Rentals): Subject to separate rental agreement terms. Refunds for cancellations vary based on notice period.
  • Large Appliances (ArcticBreeze ACs, KitchenEdge Appliances): Return shipping costs may be substantial. Installation/demoinstallation fees may be non-refundable.
  • Custom Furniture (FurniEdge Studio): Made-to-order and customized furniture is typically non-returnable unless defective.
  • Footwear (SoleQuest Footwear): Must be unworn with original packaging and tags. Hygiene liners must be intact.
  • Opened Software/Electronics: Products where serial numbers are registered to the user may have limited return options.

Refunds

  • Processed by the Sub-Merchant upon receipt and inspection
  • Credited to original payment method
  • Restocking fees may apply for certain electronics categories

Damaged or Defective Items
Contact the Sub-Merchant within 48 hours of delivery with photographic/video evidence.
